One practice that’s truly revitalized me is combining spiritual devotion with actionable habits. For instance, carrying a Bible or journal has become a symbol and tool for my personal growth, especially when engaging with spiritual warfare or challenging moments. It’s not always easy—sometimes worship is a choice you make despite your feelings, a way to lift your tear-stained face and broken heart toward healing. Beyond spiritual practices, incorporating simple yet effective healthy habits like drinking more water, praying regularly, moving your body, and reading daily has given me a renewed sense of purpose and energy. Writing down thoughts and insights that stand out during reflection helps me stay grounded and focused on what truly matters. This holistic approach feels like more than just a resolution; it’s a lifestyle reboot that nurtures both mind and spirit. If you're looking to start your year with intention, consider blending these spiritual and practical elements. It’s amazing how such small shifts can create lasting changes when you commit to them daily. Remember, every new year is an opportunity for rebirth—the key is to embrace it with openness and grace.

Since last year I began to carry my Bible bag and journal. I would tell myself “if I can carry my cell phone everywhere, then I need to make it a priority to carry my Bible”. I slacked so this year I wanted to refresh and be consistent of bringing my Bible bag along with me everywhere. I want my relationship with God to be stronger and faithful. Thank you for posting this is encouraging. ❤️
