Backrooms level 22

... Read moreHey fellow explorers! I recently had a harrowing experience in what's officially known as Backrooms Level 22, but most wanderers call it The Parking Hub. And let me tell you, it lives up to its name – and then some! If you're looking to understand what this level is all about, you've come to the right place. I’m going to share everything I learned about navigating this absolute nightmare. First off, picture this: an endless, multi-floor parking lot. Not just any parking lot, mind you. It's dimly lit, with concrete floors and eerie yellow and white painted walls that seem to stretch into infinity. The fluorescent lighting flickers menacingly, casting long, distorted shadows that play tricks on your eyes. It’s a harsh environment, and the air itself feels heavy with dread. Every sound echoes, making it impossible to tell where things are coming from, which is a big problem because Level 22 is incredibly dangerous due to a large amount of entities. Speaking of entities, this place is a hotspot for some of the Backrooms' most infamous residents. I encountered Smilers, their eerie grins piercing through the darkness, and the unsettlingly humanoid Facelings, who are far from friendly. But the most terrifying for me were the Hounds; their speed and relentless pursuit are enough to make anyone's blood run cold. You really need to be on high alert here, constantly scanning your surroundings and listening for any sign of movement. My heart was pounding the entire time! The biggest challenge beyond avoiding entities is discovering how to actually leave. Level 22 is notoriously hard to escape from, mainly because there are so few clear escape routes. It feels like a never-ending maze designed to trap you. However, after what felt like an eternity, I discovered the primary methods of exit: finding structural weaknesses in the floor. Yes, you heard that right – you escape by falling through holes! These unexpected ruptures in the concrete can lead you to either Level 23 or, if you're lucky (or unlucky, depending on your perspective), Level 21. It’s a leap of faith, but often the only way out. So, my advice if you find yourself in The Parking Hub? Stay vigilant, conserve your resources, and always, always keep an eye out for those structural anomalies in the floor. Don’t expect clear signs; these escape routes are often disguised as mere damage. And remember, the flickering fluorescent lighting can hide a lot, so trust your instincts. This isn't a level you want to take lightly. Good luck out there, and stay safe!
