this is one of my best titan fall clips
Okay, so you've seen my clip – but let's talk about what a 'titan rush' really means in Titanfall 2, because it’s one of the most exhilarating things you can do in the game! For me, a titan rush isn't just mindlessly charging in; it's a strategically aggressive push where you commit to overwhelming the enemy with your Titan's power and speed. It's about turning the tide of battle, creating chaos, and often, securing objectives or wiping out key enemy Titans. The thrill of a good titan rush is unmatched. There's this moment of pure commitment, knowing you're going for it, and then the explosion of abilities, dashes, and gunfire. It’s high-risk, high-reward, but when it pays off, oh man, it feels incredible. I’ve had moments where the game clock was ticking down, maybe around the 4:55 mark in a crucial match, and a well-timed rush completely flipped the script. So, how do you pull off a successful titan rush? It really starts with your Titan choice. If you're thinking raw aggression, Ronin is the obvious pick with Arc Wave and Sword Core. Those dashes make him a terror up close. But don't underestimate Monarch for sustained aggression, especially with her Upgrade Core, or even a Scorch with Flame Core for area denial in tight spots. Knowing your Titan's strengths and weaknesses is crucial. Timing is everything. You don't want to rush headlong into a concentrated enemy fire lane without a plan. Look for openings: a distracted enemy team, a flank route, or when your own Pilots are pressuring from another angle. Communication with your team, even if it's just pinging an enemy, can make a huge difference. You want to hit hard and fast. Manage your dashes effectively – they're your lifeblood for closing gaps, dodging incoming fire, and repositioning. When I’m in the thick of it, like in my clip, I'm usually focusing on burst damage. Get in, hit hard, and either secure the kill or create enough pressure for my team to follow up. I've seen my damage counter jump to '60' in seconds during a successful rush, or taken down multiple enemy Pilots and Titans, racking up '44' points in a single, intense push. Sometimes you come out with barely '22%' health, but the objective is taken, or the enemy team is broken, and it's all worth it. It's not always about getting the most kills yourself. A good rush can draw so much attention that it allows your teammates to clean up or push an objective unhindered. Just be mindful of being focused down; a titan rush can quickly turn into a suicide mission if you overcommit without backup. Always have an exit strategy, or at least know you're going down swinging for a good cause! What are your favorite Titans for rushing? And what's the craziest 'titan rush' moment you've ever had in Titanfall 2? I'd love to hear about them!
