Chocolate Coconut Protein Oats
Some days I just need something warm, simple, and predictable in the middle of work. This is my 5-minute dessert-style oatmeal that actually holds me over without feeling heavy.
Ingredients
• ⅓ cup rolled oats
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• pinch of salt
• 1 pitted date
• 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1–2 tbsp vanilla high-protein yogurt
• 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
• 1 tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
• cinnamon (optional)
• splash vanilla extract (optional)
• tiny pinch salt for topping

banana slices • strawberries • chia seeds • peanut butter drizzle
