High-Protein Snack Plate 🫐🥚✨

I have been influenced by lemon8 posts, and I’ve been loving these high-protein meals when I want something filling without making a complicated meal. So easy to put together, but it has a little bit of everything! It feels like a huge meal, but it is not. Healthy, fulfilling, and yummy.

Today’s plate:

🥚 Hard-boiled eggs

🍗 Chicken sausage

🧀 Cottage cheese + mustard

🧀 Cheese

🫐 Blueberries + strawberries

🫒 Olives

🥒 Pickles

And hearts of palm

This one is roughly 450–500 calories depending on the brands and portions, with lots of protein to keep it satisfying. I love meals like this because I can switch the ingredients depending on whatever I already have in the fridge.

Save this for an easy lunch or snack plate idea! 🤍

One thing I love about this style of eating is that it’s very adaptable—you can swap out ingredients based on what you have available, and still maintain a balanced, filling meal. For example, hard-boiled eggs provide a fantastic source of complete protein and healthy fats, which help keep hunger at bay. Pairing them with chicken sausage adds a savory, satisfying element, while cottage cheese with mustard offers a creamy texture and an extra protein boost. I often include a variety of cheeses to add flavor and calcium. Including fresh or frozen blueberries and strawberries not only brightens the plate but also adds antioxidants and fiber, supporting overall health. Olives and pickles bring a delightful tangy contrast and contribute healthy fats and probiotics, which aid digestion. One surprising addition is hearts of palm, which offers a tender, slightly nutty taste and is low in calories and carbs—perfect for keeping the snack plate balanced. Overall, meals like this come together in just minutes and can be customized endlessly. If you’re watching your calorie intake, this high-protein snack plate ranges from about 450 to 500 calories, depending on portions and brands used. It’s substantial enough to keep you full whether you’re looking for a satisfying snack or a light lunch. Plus, it’s a great way to increase your protein intake without complex cooking. In my experience, preparing a snack plate like this on busy days helps me avoid less healthy impulse eating, making it easier to stick to a nutritious diet. The mix of protein, healthy fats, and fresh produce makes it both enjoyable and nourishing, fueling my day with minimal effort.
