My husband girlfriend
So my husband and I are still married divorced is not final but yet he’s a elder Preacher with a girlfriend and his parents approved it. This is way I don’t go church because it’s ok to have a wife and girlfriend and still speak over the ppl in church 🤦🏾♀️ well I guess it’s alright!!
Navigating such a situation is incredibly challenging and emotionally draining. Being married while your husband openly maintains a girlfriend, especially when he holds a position of leadership as an elder preacher, creates profound conflicts between personal values and religious expectations. In many faith communities, fidelity and marital commitment are fundamental, so seeing this kind of arrangement can lead to feelings of confusion, betrayal, and isolation. It’s understandable why attending church becomes difficult when those same church leaders and members appear to condone or even accept such behavior. This can shake your trust in the community and lead to questioning the sincerity of spiritual teachings you once believed in. From personal experience and shared stories, some women in similar situations find solace in seeking support groups or counseling services tailored to faith-related marital issues. Others turn to personal reflection and meditation to rebuild their sense of self-worth and find clarity on their next steps. Open communication with trusted friends or family members outside the immediate religious circle might help in processing feelings and deciding what boundaries to set for personal peace. Remember that you deserve respect and honesty in any relationship, especially marriage. Ultimately, your journey is unique, and prioritizing your emotional health in this complex scenario is vital. Whether deciding to continue the marriage or move on, acknowledging your feelings and seeking supportive resources within or beyond your faith community can make a meaningful difference in healing and empowerment.
