Please wear sunscreen 🧴🫣
I love all my clients but please wear sunblock no matter what #sunscreen ☀️ 🧴 #wear sunscreen or else #sunblok
Many people believe that if they stay indoors or work from home, sunscreen isn't necessary. However, this is a common misconception. Ultraviolet (UV) rays can penetrate windows and cause skin damage even indoors. I personally started applying sunscreen daily only after noticing subtle skin changes, and it’s made a significant difference. Sunscreen acts as a barrier against harmful UVA and UVB rays, which contribute to premature aging and skin cancers. Wearing sunscreen daily helps prevent sunburn, dark spots, and wrinkles. Choosing a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 is important for effective protection. In my experience, reapplying sunscreen every two hours, especially if you’re exposed to sunlight through windows or going outside briefly, further ensures your skin stays protected. Additionally, using moisturizers and makeup products with SPF can enhance sun protection. Even on cloudy days or if you don’t plan to spend much time outside, UV rays can still affect your skin. By making sunscreen a daily habit, you’ll maintain healthier, younger-looking skin and reduce the risk of long-term damage. Don’t fall for the "I work from home, so I don’t need sunscreen" mindset—your skin will thank you for the extra care.
