Welcome to my Page!
I created this page to hold myself accountable, connect with others facing similar struggles and just show the life of military in both the active duty and reservist aspects. Currently, I serve as a reservist in the U.S. Army and go on deployments. I'm determined to meet the height and weight requirements as well as pass the 2-mile run. I invite you to join me on my journey to improve my physical fitness and become a better version of myself! I hope to motivate and gain motivation from other women who serve or have been in a position where they want to better themselves.
Living a military lifestyle comes with unique challenges and opportunities for personal growth. Many reservists find themselves balancing civilian life with military commitments, often leading to the need for effective fitness strategies. Adopting a disciplined approach can help in achieving mandatory physical fitness requirements, such as passing 2-mile run benchmarks and meeting height and weight standards. Additionally, engaging with fellow service members through online platforms can foster motivation and accountability. It is also important to leverage community support to share experiences, tips, and strategies related to military life and fitness. Topics such as the military diet, physical training routines, and group fitness can be beneficial. Creating a support network of women in the military helps in overcoming the common struggles faced in personal health and fitness. Together, we can inspire one another to chase our goals, improve our well-being, and thrive in our unique paths.

I’m glad I came across your page. My goal is to go to reserve but I gotta tighten up my health
