LINDSAY CLANCY TRIAL: DAY 16 RECAP
Defense expert Dr. Paul Zeizel gave his opinion on Lindsay Clancy’s criminal responsibility, testifying that she was suffering from bipolar disorder with postpartum psychosis on January 24, 2023.
The Commonwealth then spent much of cross-examination challenging his objectivity, methodology and unusually extensive involvement with Lindsay.
Day 16 also included a key exchange about intrusive thoughts versus a documented command hallucination, plus a ruling on a former McLean Hospital social worker the defense wanted to call.
Through every expert and every argument over Lindsay’s mental state, Cora, Dawson and Callan remain at the center of this case.
