If there's one thing I will always post about, it's tech tips that will make your life easier. Anything that will save even the smallest minute of time, is worth sharing 🩵
📣 Default text settings
If you haven't done this in Goodnotes yet, stop reading, and go save your default text settings. Especially if you use Goodnotes for digital planners or note-taking, this feature will save you so much time and annoyance.. I promise. All you need to do is have all the text settings set to your preferences (font, text size etc.) then click the text box icon and select "save as default" Now whenever you open a new text box, those default settings will automatically apply!
📣 Goodnotes elements
If you use digital stickers in your planner, you're gonna love this one. Import all your digital stickers as elements in Goodnotes so they are accessible in the toolbar! Simply open elements in the toolbar, scroll to the end, click the add new collection icon, and import your digital stickers. I love having all my stickers accessible from any file I have open, and having them organized into different collections makes it super easy to find what I'm looking for.
📣 Toolbar customization
This one isn't necessarily time-saving, but it does make the Goodnotes toolbar better! Remove the tools you don't use, and rearrange the ones you're keeping so it's easier to access them!
