I have never been medicated for my adhd and I’m wondering how much medication really helps with it. I would love to hear how much it has helped other folks to get on ADHD medications. #girlpov #lemon8challenge
I’d say give it a try, I mean if what you’re doing now isn’t helping, what’s the harm? And if you don’t like it, you can stop. I take Adderall XR 25mg and for the type of job I have, I need to be able to handle many things at one time. Monday through Friday I take it and on the weekends, when I don’t have to focus on anything, I don’t take it.
