Protein Rice Krispie Treats

These are a great way to get your kids to eat a little more protein!

Protein Rice Krispie Treats:

- Melt 5 Tbsp of butter in a pot

- Add in 6 cups of mini marshmallows and melt completely

- Mix in Protein powder (1 cup is around 2 scoops of this particular protein powder)

- Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies

- Pour into a 9x13 baking dish and spread out

- Let sit for 30 mins to an hour to set

- Enjoy!

Pro Tip:

Mix up your cereals! Sometimes I use 3 cups of regular Rice Krispies and 3 cups of fruity pebbles or cocoa krispies! The cereal combos are endless!
