Scene Queen with 4B Hair

So my 13 year old sister is wanting to step into her scene era and that means that she NEEDS the scene hairstyle with all the layers and raccoon strips. And unlike my mom who refused to allow me this dream when I was obsessively in love with this look back in the day I want to allow my sister to experience it ….however we have one big problem…. Her beautiful 4B hair that I refuse to completely destroy so I wanted advice on how I should go about this ..I was think about straightening her hair and just adding e raccoon strip extensions but I’m worried about the heat …….I was also leaning toward a quick weave but Im not the best at them and don’t know if it would give her the look she wants.

tell her to keep it curly stretch her curls and pin them she can even blow her hair out w out using heat

Maybe do a swoop bang that is similar to the traditional scene bangs and then use her natural hair and its volume to build and/or shape it
