I recently switched to the Apple Pencil Pro (from the 2nd generation pencil) and I’m loving it! The main selling point for me was the new squeeze feature, which makes it so seamless when it comes to accessing tools quickly (I mainly use it in Goodnotes). I also love the magnetic attachment for charing & storing, it makes it so convenient to access my pencil & ensure it’s always charged!

I have the 1st gen with my 8th gen iPad I use it with and my daughter has the 2nd gen that she uses it with her iPad Pro. I forgot which gen she has with that. She uses her pencil since is a freehand drawer and used procreat. As for myself, I mainly uses it to scroll, write in notes and sometimes color.
