The only cooking oils you should use

The only cooking oils I have in my house are olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil. Each one has a different purpose, and the quality of each also matters so much!

I use olive oil for COLD prepared foods, ensuring it never heats up too hot if I do use it to sautee. I use avocado oil for frying/sauteeing as well as cooking things in the oven. I use coconut oil for baking, as the flavor compliments sweets well and can be heated to a high temperature in the oven as well. #lemon8partner #cooking #healthandwellness

Olive oil is renowned for its health benefits and is packed with antioxidants and healthy fats, making it ideal for salad dressings and cold dishes. Look for single-origin extra virgin olive oil to guarantee purity and flavor. Avocado oil boasts a high smoke point, which makes it perfect for frying and sautéing without breaking down and losing nutrients. Ensure your avocado oil is made from 100% avocados to avoid any undesirable seed oils that can diminish health benefits. Coconut oil stands out in baking; its subtle sweetness complements many desserts while being stable at high temperatures. When choosing coconut oil, consider organic options to ensure quality. By knowing how to choose and use these oils wisely, you can elevate your cooking and promote better health!
