Twisted Love 🔀💙
I just finished reading Twisted love by Ana Huang and let me say it is a rollercoaster. I wanted to start a new romance series because I finished another series that I loved. I also got a gift card to Barnes & Noble for Christmas and this book was calling my name.
At the beginning, I thought that I wasn’t gonna get into the book but let me say it was one of the best books I’ve read.
At most times when I was reading, I found that I knew what was gonna happen because I have read so many books. But there was such a plot twist towards the end that threw me for a loop.
Alex is a dark millionaire that has a troubled past and it keeps bringing up problems for him. While Ava is a college student wanting to pursue her career in photography and her brother is in college soon becoming a doctor so he goes abroad. Josh her brother asks Alex to watch over her for the time that he’s gone. It kinda is like an enemy to lovers trope, but not as much as other books would go into.
There are some spicy scenes that go far, but they are shorter. I really enjoyed the ending of the book where she moves to London and he follows her. He gives very lover boy vibes, even though he’s like cold hearted. Like a scene that stuck out to me was in the beginning where he picks her up because Josh couldn’t pick her up and it was raining and so she had a white T-shirt on and he wouldn’t let her go in and pick up the cake that she ordered.
I would recommend this book to anyone that’s interested in romance. I currently ordered all of the rest of the series which is a four pack. I’m excited to follow each friend because each of the books follows a girl in the friendship that they have. And I’ve also heard that most characters will pop up later in different Anna Huang books.
I will be reading all of them and maybe giving a review after I finished them and I am really interested in Ana‘s other book series. One of my favorite characters in this book was Bridget and so the next book twisted games is about Bridgets love story so I’m super excited because she’s very confident and outgoing and I’m excited for her love interest.
