My Favorite Plants + UPDATES
I’m gonna put my favorite pictures of my plants here. I am hoping this can be a good place to keep a documented journey of my plant growth and things I have learned. I really love the pictures I do have of my plants so it’s important for me to do it more often.
Edit: I forgot to post the rest of the pictures of my favorite plants right now. I’m so very happy about my philo birken I found on a trip out of town, as well as a Hoya compacta in very healthy shape which normally when I found my Hoyas in the past it was more of a rescue mission rather than starting from a good place. A lot of these plants are actually ready to repotted soon so I needed my pictures before hand😊
In this article, I take you through my personal journey of nurturing my favorite plants, including the enchanting Pothos, vibrant String of Turtles, and unique Crinkle Cactus. Each plant comes with unique characteristics and care instructions that can help any plant enthusiast expand their collection. It's essential to understand the care required for each type of plant you have. For example, the Hoya Compacta thrives in bright, indirect sunlight and should be watered infrequently, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. The Philo Birken, with its stunning variegated leaves, also prefers a bright spot but requires more humidity, making it suitable for areas like bathrooms or kitchens. As you embark on your own plant journey, make sure to document their growth and any challenges you face along the way, similar to how I’ve kept track of mine. Sharing experiences can empower others to cultivate beautiful greenery in their homes too, enhancing the joy of plant care!
