ใครกำลังค้นหา YOUR LAND Pool Villa Pattaya แล้วอยากได้ภาพรวมแบบ “อ่านจบตัดสินใจได้เลย” เราสรุปสิ่งที่ควรรู้ก่อนจองไว้ให้จากประสบการณ์เช็กข้อมูลบ้านจริงค่ะ บ้านเป็นพูลวิลล่าหลังใหญ่แบบ “สองหลังติดกัน” (บ้านแฝด 3 ชั้น) ทำให้พื้นที่ใช้สอยเยอะ เหมาะมากกับทริปครอบครัวใหญ่หรือแก๊งเพื่อนที่อยากอยู่รวมกัน แต่ยังมีความเป็นส่วนตัวเพราะห้องนอนเยอะถึง 8 ห้อง และห้องน้ำ 10 ห้อง แทบไม่ต้องต่อคิวกันเลย ไฮไลต์ที่หลายคนเลือกที่นี่คือ “2 สระว่ายน้ำ” ขนาดประมาณ 4×7 เมตร ลึก 1.2 เมตร เป็นสระเกลือระบบจากุชชี่ เล่นได้ทั้งเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ (แต่ก็ยังแนะนำให้ผู้ใหญ่ดูแลเด็กตลอดนะคะ) และมีสไลเดอร์ขนาดใหญ่ยาวประมาณ 10 เมตร เล่นสนุกมาก โดยเฉพาะช่วงเย็นๆ เปิดไฟสระแล้วบรรยากาศสวย ถ่ายรูปออกมาดูดีสุดๆ ใครชอบพร็อพลงสระก็มีห่วงยางแฟนซีเพิ่มความคึกคักได้อีก ด้านกิจกรรมในบ้านถือว่าครบสำหรับสายปาร์ตี้แบบไม่ต้องออกไปไหน มีโต๊ะพูล มุมคาราโอเกะแบบเปิดยูทูปพร้อมไมค์ (ข้อสำคัญคือห้ามย้ายลำโพงออกไปด้านนอก) และมีพื้นที่นั่งเล่น/ทานข้าวค่อนข้างกว้าง เหมาะกับการรวมตัวเล่นเกมหรือกินหมูกระทะกันยาวๆ ส่วนครัวมีอุปกรณ์ค่อนข้างครบ พร้อมเตาปิ้งย่าง บาร์บีคิว และถังน้ำแข็ง ช่วยลดภาระเตรียมของได้เยอะ เรื่องการเดินทางและทำเล ถ้าตั้งใจมาเล่นน้ำทะเลด้วย ที่พักอยู่ใกล้หาดจอมเทียนประมาณ 2.3 กม. ขับรถแป๊บเดียวก็ถึง และยังไปคาเฟ่ยอดฮิตแถวพัทยาอย่าง 3Mermaid หรือ Sky Gallery ได้ไม่ยาก เหมาะกับคนที่อยากได้ทั้งฟีลพูลวิลล่า + ทริปเที่ยวคาเฟ่ ทิปก่อนจองที่อยากแนะนำ: 1) เช็กจำนวนคนเข้าพักและเงื่อนไขเสียง/เวลาใช้งานคาราโอเกะให้ชัด 2) ถ้าจะเอารถหลายคัน แจ้งล่วงหน้า เพราะหน้าบ้านจอดได้ราว 3–4 คัน 3) ราคาเริ่มต้นที่เห็นบ่อยคือ 18,900 บาท (อาทิตย์–พฤหัส) แต่วันศุกร์/เสาร์และช่วงเทศกาลราคาจะเปลี่ยน ควรถามวันเข้าพักจริงอีกครั้งเพื่อความชัวร์ค่ะ
