I just got Eilish No 3 perfume online from Sephora. I’ve blind bought all her fragrances (except Your Turn) and it’s always turned out well. I was nervous because I read a lot of wintery/Christmas comparisons, and while I get that, I’m really quite excited to use this scent in the spring! These are the notes:
Top: Pink Pepper, Grapefruit and Jasmine
Middle: Fir, Cedar and Saffron
Base: Musk, Amber and Oakmoss.
It’s the fir making people think of Christmas, but honestly, I’m getting more of the saffron. And it’s funny, I hate eating grapefruit but I love how it smells in perfume. It’s definitely a brighter scent than I anticipated. Very unique, definitely leaning more towards unisex, but not as much as Eilish No 2.
(And yes this is my bottle, the background was just terrible.)

When I first apply this 10 mL beauty, the Pink Pepper gives such a lively, slightly spicy kick – it's not overpowering, but definitely awakens your senses and adds a modern edge. Paired with the crisp, zesty Grapefruit and delicate, sweet *Jasmine*, it creates an opening that's much brighter and more effervescent than I expected from previous Eilish scents. It’s quite an intriguing start!
As the perfume settles, the heart notes truly begin to shine and bring out its unique character. The *Fir*, which often makes people think of winter or Christmas, here presents itself more like a fresh, clean forest rather than a heavy, resinous pine. It’s green and invigorating. This is beautifully grounded by the *Cedar*, adding a warm, dry woody depth that feels comforting. But for me, the real star in the middle is the *Saffron*. This spice is incredibly sophisticated, offering a slightly leathery, earthy, and almost sweet aroma that absolutely makes No.3 feel distinct and luxurious. It’s this note that truly contributes to its lovely unisex quality, preventing it from leaning too heavily in any one direction.
The dry down is where the warmth truly comes out and lingers beautifully. The Musk and Amber create a cozy, inviting, skin-like finish that feels incredibly intimate and natural. And the Oakmoss adds an earthy, slightly damp, green touch that keeps the base from becoming overly heavy or sweet, ensuring a balanced and elegant trail. It’s definitely a fragrance that tells a story as it develops on your skin throughout the day. I’ve noticed it lasts quite a while, especially for an Eau de Parfum – I still catch beautiful whiffs of that unique saffron and warm amber several hours later.
For those who might have loved the gourmand warmth of Eilish No.1 or the darker, more mysterious vibe of Eilish No.2, No.3 offers something distinctly different. It’s less about sweet indulgence and more about an intriguing, fresh woodiness with a spicy, sophisticated twist. It’s an amazing choice for someone looking for a signature scent that stands out but isn't overwhelming. I find myself reaching for it during the day, whether I'm working from home or out and about. It feels effortlessly chic and modern.
If you're hesitant to blind buy a full bottle, getting the 10 mL e rollerball, like I did, is seriously the best way to test it out. It's perfect for your purse and lets you experience how the notes evolve on your skin before committing to a larger size. It helps you understand if the initial brighter notes, the unique saffron, and the earthy dry down resonate with your personal chemistry. Plus, seeing the 'eilish No.3 Billie Eilish' branding on the sleek rollerball bottle is just a bonus – it looks great sitting on my vanity next to its red box!
