I used to struggle with cravings. I would crave when I’m bored or when I know I have easy access to unhealthy snacks and food.

Ways to help with those unhealthy cravings ⬇️

1. I would drink water before every meal

2. Get rid of unhealthy snacks

3. Drink water everything you think you want snack

4. Find healthier snacks in place of unhealthy snacks

5. Have a cheat day(this is so you can reward yourself and it helps you realize you don’t need those things to survive)

6. Water, water , water! So you will feel full and wouldn’t crave anything due to your stomach being full.
