homemade oat pasta
I have recently been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis so I am trying to eat foods that don't cause inflammation. Gluten is one food that causes a lot of inflammation. I haven't found a single gluten free pasta that I like. so I thought "what if I make pasta out of oat flour?"so I experimented and was not disappointed by the results!
disclaimer: this technically isn't gluten free because I didn't use certified GF oats. However this is only because there's a possibility of gluten ending up in your oats so the amount is still minimal if any. I do need to play around with this a little more but I loved how it turned out!!
