Pho is a beloved Vietnamese dish known for its fragrant broth and delicate noodles. By using rotisserie chicken, you can save time without sacrificing taste. You'll want to start by extracting meat from the rotisserie chicken, which adds a rich flavor to your broth. Charred onions and ginger elevate the overall aroma and taste of the pho. The addition of spices from a pho seasoning pack simplifies the process while ensuring authentic flavor. To make the broth, combine these ingredients and let them simmer for about three hours. The slow cooking allows the flavors to meld beautifully, creating a comforting and aromatic dish. When serving, rice noodles are essential; cook them according to package instructions, then layer them in bowls. Top with your choice of fresh ingredients like cilantro, red onions, and a squeeze of lime for brightness. Add a drizzle of sriracha or chili oil for extra heat, making each bowl customizable to your taste. This simple yet hearty meal captures the essence of traditional pho, making it an ideal recipe for anyone looking to impress at dinner without extensive cooking time.
