I realized I have a lot of never before seen content + footage so why not turn back time to get acquainted and see just how far we've come?

Swipe left to spend the day with me as a North Carolina real estate agent on my first day in the field as a Raleigh Realtor.

I started the day off really productive with a call from my then mentor and sponsor at my first firm who encouraged me to attend my first firm meeting which was optional but a great way to meet my BIC and other agents affiliated with my firm.

Our firm meeting was held at the beautiful Car Space Museum. We were served pizza and bottled water and had the opportunity to hear from various speakers who broke down the newly implemented NAR rules to provide clarity, ensure we were all compliant moving forward, and get any questions answered we needed to ask.

Being a brand new agent with no real estate background everything sounded like a new language because it was but being the student that I am I listened with intention and took notes.

I got to meet my sponsor too who checks on me to this day although I've switched firms.

Shout out to Chris! He gave it to me real as a new agent. He told me to aim high, set big goals, always show myself in the field, jump on every opportunity first and figure it out later and boy was it all super solid advice.

I was taking in so much information I needed a lil' breaky break so I headed to the bathroom which was breathtakingly beautiful with all the bells and whistles so I had to get selfies + a lil' OOTD moment.

When I look back on all these photos I realize how far I've come from Day 1, the many things I've learned, and how I'm so incredibly proud of myself for where I am right now.

Slow and steady wins the race and sometimes you really do have to slow down just to speed up and I couldn't be more grateful that God has proven his hand is on my real estate career.

As someone who has been self employed for the last decade I'm elated to continue my path in marketing and sales, just in a different way.
