Hi! Here’s a $50 grocery haul! The meals are just for me obviously haha and I’m hoping it’ll last me for about 3 days. I’m trying to watch what i eat. I have a quinoa, spinach harvest tortilla wrap, brussel sprouts, and red potatoes that i can add to either meals in case i need it.

When going to the grocery store I love finding foods that are high in protein that I can mix with my meals. My favorites that I’ve found so far are: 1. High protein almond milk (for smoothies and coffee!) 2. Greek yogurt (for yogurt bowls, to add in smoothies and as a substitute for sour cream)
