How to enjoy Monday
1. Wake up an hour earlier than you typically do, DO NOT HIT SNOOZE ON THAT ALARM!!!!!!!
2. Drink cold water & sit in bed for a few minutes
3. Take a relaxing shower~ it’ll wake you up more
4. Grab coffee or make coffee (your drink choice) and take mindful sips. Think about how quiet your home is, acknowledge you’re going to have a good productive day, and enjoy the taste of your morning drink
5. Get ready for the day ~ while you’re already in the kitchen do you need to put the kids lunch boxes together? Did you forget something? Grab that & do it while you’re there. Once back in your room, grab your journal and write for 5 minutes. Write 5 things you’re grateful for, 5 things you want done today, 5 things you need to do, 5 meals you want to make, 5 outside activities you want to do with your kids
6. Print or write out affirmation cards - use them every single morning. *look at MY pics with my affirmations for an idea* and focus on self love
7. Have the best day ever 🙌🏻

Mondays often feel daunting, but they also bring new opportunities. Start by establishing a routine that fosters a positive mindset. Waking up earlier can set a tranquil tone for your day. Engage in mindfulness activities like sipping your favorite morning drink while appreciating the quiet around you. This peaceful reflection can enhance your focus and productivity for the day ahead. Writing down your goals, things you’re grateful for, or even intentions for the day can create a sense of direction and motivation. Affirmation cards can help reinforce self-love and positivity, fostering an encouraging mindset as you navigate through your tasks. Additionally, mindfulness in your daily activities—like preparing your children’s lunches or planning meals—can transform mundane tasks into moments of joy. Incorporating outdoor activities into your schedule, such as walks or playtime with your kids, not only promotes physical well-being but also strengthens family bonds. Remember, each new week brings a chance to reflect on your goals and create a positive difference in your life.
