Trying the Dunkin Energy Drink

I’m not a coffee drinker so I love the fact that more places are introducing energy drinks. I can feel boujee while my husband drink his gross overpriced coffee. 🤪

They had a coupon in the app to grab one for $2. I tried the peach sunrise. I don’t like the fact that they don’t offer a sugar free option (shout out to Scooter’s who does!), but it was a decent drink.

They also have a berry burst that I will probably try in the future. I give the peach a 7/10.

Have you tried them?

... Read moreIt's so true, sometimes you just crave that energy boost without the coffee buzz! And like many of you, I've been on a mission to find delicious, yet healthier, options at my favorite spots. My recent Dunkin' adventure with the Peach Sunrise energy drink definitely highlighted one thing: the strong desire for more zero-sugar choices! It seems like a lot of us are wondering: "Where are all the Dunkin' zero flavors, especially for energy drinks?" While the Peach Sunrise offered a decent kick, the lack of a sugar-free alternative really stood out. I know many of us are trying to cut back on sugar, and it would be amazing to have a guilt-free energy drink option from Dunkin'. For those of you, like me, actively searching for "Dunkin' zero sugar drinks," it's a bit of a mixed bag right now. DUNKIN' does offer some fantastic sugar-free options in other categories that are worth exploring if you're looking for a sweet treat without the added sugar. Their sugar-free flavor shots for coffee, for instance, can totally transform a plain iced coffee into something special. Think sugar-free vanilla, caramel, or hazelnut! And let's not forget their unsweetened iced teas and black coffee, which are always solid zero-sugar foundations. Now, about those specific energy drink queries, like "Dunkin' energy drink Tornado Twist" – that's an interesting one! While I haven't personally seen a "Tornado Twist" flavor available in their current energy drink lineup, it sounds like a fun, vibrant flavor. It's possible it was a limited-time offering or perhaps a popular Refresher flavor that people are hoping makes its way into the energy drink category. It shows there's a real demand for exciting and diverse energy drink flavors beyond the standard fruit options. If you're looking for similar vibrant tastes, always keep an eye on Dunkin's seasonal menus. Sometimes, new limited-edition refreshers or flavored teas pop up that might satisfy that craving for something a bit different, even if it's not a dedicated energy drink. For my "TODAY'S Dunkin' Order," when I'm aiming for lower sugar, I often get creative. If a specific energy drink doesn't have a sugar-free version, I sometimes opt for an unsweetened iced tea with a splash of a sugar-free flavor shot, or even a shot of espresso over ice with a sugar-free syrup and a dash of almond milk. It’s not quite the same as a pre-made energy drink, but it can hit the spot and gives you more control over the sugar content. Don't be afraid to ask your barista about customizing! Many locations are happy to help you find combinations that work for your dietary preferences. Ultimately, the hope is that Dunkin' hears our requests for more "Dunkin' zero flavors," especially in their energy drink line. Imagine a sugar-free Peach Sunrise or Berry Burst! That would truly be a game-changer for so many of us who enjoy the convenience and taste of these drinks but want to avoid excess sugar. Until then, we can keep exploring their current zero-sugar offerings and patiently wait for those exciting new additions to their energy drink menu. What's your go-to low-sugar Dunkin' order? I'd love to hear your hacks!

My favorite one is the tornado twist! It’s a mix of both of those flavors together and I think it’s soooo good
