How are we organizing?
I’ll be honest. The content part of UGC feels manageable. It’s everything around it that’s starting to feel heavy.
PR packages.
Gifted vs paid.
Samples with deliverables.
Due dates.
Usage rights.
And then the part no one really wants to talk about. Taxes.
I don’t have a perfect system yet, and that’s kind of the point of this post. I’m realizing that “winging it” worked when UGC was casual.
But once it becomes consistent income, the lack of organization creates stress, mental clutter, and that constant feeling of being behind.
So I’m curious what actually worked for you this year.
Not the ideal setup. Not the aesthetic Notion template you never use. The systems that helped you stay calm, compliant, and sane.
If you create content in any way, I’d love to know:
– How are you tracking PR, samples, and gifted items?
– Do you separate paid, gifted, and affiliate content?
– What do you track specifically for taxes?
– Are you using spreadsheets, apps, folders, or something else?
– How do you track deliverables and deadlines without burnout?
– What did you try in 2025 that you’re not taking into 2026?
– What system finally gave you peace of mind?
I’m in the stage of building something that’s sustainable.
Less stress. Fewer missed details. More clarity.
If you’ve found a system that works, even if it’s simple or unglamorous, I would genuinely love to learn from you.
Let’s help each other go into 2026 organized, confident, and not overwhelmed.
