On days where my energy is really low, I’m thankful that I’ve prepped and frozen my delicious meals. This was a lasagna soup that I made (recipe a few posts down).
I used my souper cubes and had soup that I could easily heat up in a few minutes. This was the first time that I had frozen it so I was worried about the noodles, but they tasted just as great as before I froze it.
