Happy Mindset Monday Errrbody
Just taking a moment to look back on how far I've come physically, mentally and spiritually with the help of the LORD and mostly DISCIPLINE over motivation. I've been on my health journey for YEARS. Who knew that developing cancer would be in the cards for me, but the Lord still remained faithful and never left my side🙏🏾 🙌🏾. He along with my go-getter attitude, love and support from some family and friends helped push me forward. Giving up was NEVER an option 💯. Despite how much is thrown at you during your life's journey, keep the LORD FIRST and continue to PRAY for clarity and understanding. Prayer and a POSITIVE mindset is what will help you maintain during any challenges you may be facing 💯. Yes, life gets hard at times, but your outlook on life will determine your outcome. It's okay to change for the better and evolve; we're supposed to. The version of me on the left is not the same version of me on the right...not just physically, but spiritually and mentally as well✨️. Sometimes it takes something dramatic to happen to you to help elevate you to the next level. My outlook on life has changed dramatically. I don't look at me having cancer as a curse. It changed my life for the better 😌. Your perception of your life is your reality. And my reality will be filled with love, laughter, and encouraging others to be the best version of themselves. So, the time is NOW to start turning your lemons into lemonade. We all can just sit around and complain about our lives or we can do whatever is in our power to change our lives for the better and let the Lord handle the rest. 💪🏾✨️

Reflecting on my own journey, I’ve found that maintaining a strong, positive mindset doesn't come from motivation alone but from consistent discipline and faith. When I faced my cancer diagnosis, it was a turning point—not a setback. I realized that having a support system of family, friends, and spiritual faith was vital in pushing through tough days. I started incorporating daily practices like prayer, meditation, and journaling to foster clarity and resilience. Another important lesson I learned is that transformation involves all aspects of ourselves: physical, mental, and spiritual. For example, alongside medical treatment, I committed to nourishing my body with healthy foods and light exercise suited to my energy levels. Spiritually, I leaned heavily on my faith, allowing it to guide my perspective and sense of purpose. Mentally, I practiced reframing challenges as opportunities for growth. The image comparison labeled 'L U I Jan. 2026 Aug. 2021' resonates deeply with me—showing that significant change over time is possible when you keep pushing forward. Life will inevitably throw curveballs, but our outward circumstances don’t have to define our inner peace or future. By keeping the LORD first and adopting a go-getter attitude as part of my daily routine, I reclaimed control over my outlook and quality of life. If you’re facing any life struggles, my advice is to embrace the process of evolution within yourself. Give yourself grace to change and grow. Lean on whatever spiritual or personal beliefs empower you. Surround yourself with positive support. Most importantly, remember that your perception shapes your reality—and with perseverance and faith, you can turn your hardest moments into stepping stones toward becoming the best version of yourself.
