my forever boyfriend - poses to do with your bf
valentine’s day with my husband was a dream! i had to work in the morning and he had school but he made me CHOCOLATE STEAK you guys.
it was delicious and it’s so cute when he goes all out. he also brought me home some roses and i almost cried because ive never been given roses before, let alone on valentines.
this was technically our 3rd valentines together! our first year dating we got pizza and danced at home together 🍕 our second year we went and got gluten free crepes and watched a movie after.
even in the hard times i know im so blessed to call him mine.
xoxo

It's so much fun capturing those special moments with your boyfriend, isn't it? As much as I love our candid snaps, sometimes having a few go-to poses up your sleeve can make all the difference in getting those truly frame-worthy couple photos. I've learned a few tricks over time, and want to share some of my favorite simple yet sweet poses that always turn out great! First things first, don't overthink it! The best photos come from genuine connection. Try to relax and just be yourselves. Good lighting is also a game-changer – golden hour always makes everything look magical. And remember, not every pose has to be perfectly staged; some of my most cherished photos are the candid ones where we're just laughing or looking at each other. Now, for some pose ideas inspired by what we love to do: 1. The Sweet Embrace (My Go-To for Close-Ups!) This one is super easy and always looks loving. Stand facing each other, and have one of you wrap your arms around the other's neck while the other person holds them close around the waist or back. Look at each other and just smile naturally. Sometimes, I even rest my head gently on his shoulder, or he'll lean in for a soft kiss on my forehead. It captures that intimate, 'just us' feeling. We’ve managed to get some really beautiful shots this way, especially when we're outdoors with a nice background. 2. The Romantic Kiss (Perfect for Scenic Backdrops!) There's nothing quite like a passionate kiss shot, especially when you're somewhere beautiful like on a wooden dock by a lake, or against a stunning sunset. For this pose, just go for it! Let your emotions guide you. You can try a standing kiss pose where you're both looking into each other's eyes before the kiss, or caught in the middle of a sweet embrace. These moments always feel so real and full of love. Don't be afraid to try different angles – sometimes a side profile can be incredibly romantic. 3. The Comforting Cuddle (For Those Cozy Vibes!) This pose is all about feeling safe and loved. One person can stand slightly behind the other, wrapping their arms around them from behind. The person in front can lean back into their partner. You can look at the camera, or just look at each other, or even both look off into the distance, almost like you're dreaming together. It creates a really warm and protective feeling in the photo. Think of it like a big, warm hug that you want to last forever. 4. Playful Walks & Eye Contact Moments Sometimes the best photos are taken when you're not even fully posing. Try walking hand-in-hand, looking back at the camera, or just looking at each other and laughing. Those moments of genuine eye contact and shared smiles are priceless. You can also try a "mirror pose" where you're both looking into a mirror, or just mimicking each other's actions playfully. It adds a bit of fun and spontaneity to your couple photos. Don't forget those black and white aesthetic finds that bring out the true emotions! No matter which poses you try, the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the process of creating memories together. Your genuine happiness and connection will shine through in every photo. Give these a try next time you're out and about with your forever boyfriend!
