6+ month Baby food 🥘

In sauce pan

1 cup of veg broth

2 carrots 🥕

1 apple 🍎

1 zucchini

1 big chicken breast 🐓

On stove boil and cook until chicken done and temped 165+

then take out and blend for the texture needed … If your doing purées then blend in longer than I did I’m at a stage where she’s chewing and learning foods so I’m doing bigger pieces 😊 I try all of these as well and they definitely taste good!

This makes a good amount to we’re you can put some in containers for the next few days then put some in the freezer for future meals 💕 saves a lot of time 😊

This particular recipe uses a combination of chicken and fresh vegetables such as carrots, zucchini, and apple, providing a well-rounded meal packed with vitamins and protein. Cooking the chicken in vegetable broth enhances the flavor while retaining moisture, making it more palatable for little ones. As babies start to transition from purees to more textured foods, it is important to adjust the consistency of their meals accordingly. Blending the ingredients provides the option to create a smoother texture for younger babies, or larger pieces for those already accustomed to chewing. Batch cooking is a wonderful strategy for busy parents. Preparing a larger quantity of food not only saves time but also ensures that healthy homemade options are readily available. After blending, you can store portions in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze them in individual servings. Remember to keep trying different combinations of fruits and vegetables, as it encourages your baby's palate to adapt to various flavors. Always monitor your baby while they eat to ensure safe swallowing and introduce new foods one at a time to check for any food allergies. Make mealtime a fun and engaging experience by involving your baby as they explore different tastes while developing healthy eating habits.
