Czech Republic Travel Schengen Visa Review 🇨🇿

This trip is quite sudden, but not much, because it has two months to prepare and is the first European trip in my life, plus traveling alone. 🥹 I can't find a review about the Czech Schengen visa, so I want to share it. ✨🇨🇿

✅ August 8: Book Emirates Airfare - The price and travel time are okay for us. So make a reservation for fear of changing prices.

✅ August 9: Hotel Reservation - We're mainly going to Prague, so we can book one place for seven days and six nights.

* These 2 things are definitely intended to go, so hurry to book before the price rises.

Then I went to the embassy web to find out about Schengen visas in the Czech Republic, and I found out that the embassy had just switched visa applications from VFS to TLS a few days earlier.

✅ August 9: Fill out a TLS web visa application.

🔸 fill in - until you choose the queue to file the document. When you see the queue, you are very relieved. It is empty almost every day, so you have not pressed the concept. I intend to complete the document before you reserve the queue.

🔸 check the required documents according to the check list.

✅ August 10-25: Compile all documents according to a list notified on TLS's website.

🔸 notify the supervisor and press leave in the system (private company)

🔸 request a working certificate from HR - English. The name must match the passport. Location. Salary and period of months.

🔸 request a copy of the house registration in English from the district office.

🔸 ask for statements and account certificates from the bank > > We wait for the latest round of salaries to see more. We'll have to transfer out to debt again. 😅

🔸 print payslip, provident fund from the company system (this embassy does not ask, but we prepare to go better than lack)

🔸 scan the condo deed and print it on the A4 itself.

✅ August 18: Buy MSIG Travel Insurance

✅ August 26: Login logs into TLS's system to book a filing queue.

✅ August 28: Go in to file at Sathorn City - We made a premium reservation. The earliest date we chose was around noon. When we arrived, there were 2-3 people waiting in front of the entrance. There were no seats. We were confused. But the security guard asked if it was premium. When he said yes, he gave it in, he had a scan of the bag and torso first. And then a staff member in front of the counter checked our paperwork before one round. When we saw it, there were almost no people. In the lounge there was nothing. The food was a small package of coffee and various soft drinks in the lounge. In the freezer, we took two packs of candy and a bottle of empty water. We waited for a while and there was a staff member at the counter inside called to file. He would check all the papers and highlight the names and surnames or important information - we prepared the papers. There was nothing to solve, so we could only look at the officer, check the papers and answer a few questions. ☺️ After checking the papers and signing the papers, we could go to the room to take a picture and scan the fingerprints and go home. It took less than an hour. Near the second afternoon, an email was sent that our papers had been sent to the embassy.

✅ September 11: Email to the embassy - After waiting for 15 calendar days but the matter is very quiet, the system status does not change at all, check the website every day, many times a day, and often sleep nightmares 🥲, so we write an email to the embassy. We emailed around 10: 00 in the morning, received a reply from the embassy around noon, and he said that our visa had been approved, but there were some technical problems. I'll send my passport back to TLS tomorrow morning.

✅ 12 September: Around 10 am, an email was received with SMS that the passport could be obtained at TLS, but we chose the mail receipt (EMS tracking number from the filing date). In the afternoon, you can track the EMS status (Web mail is awesome. The first search will show no information. You have to press again to show the status).

✅ September 13: EMS Successfully Delivered - Visa Pass!! 🥳 7 days as requested, not in case of any aircraft delay, but the return date is about 20 days from our plan, request multiple, but only 1 entry 🥲

But the first pass is okay. 🙏🥰
