PART 3 OF MY AU HEARTBREAK

I know I mentioned my AU heartbreak series before, and I'm so excited (and a little nervous!) to finally dive deeper into what's been happening in this third part. This entire Alternate Universe has been a huge passion project for me, deeply inspired by the visual style and intense emotional beats of games like Project Arrhythmia. I just love how the music and geometric shapes can convey so much feeling, and I wanted to translate that into a story about my characters. The 'crying Dandy' query really hits home because that's exactly where much of the angst in this part stems from. Dandy has been through so much, and sometimes, even in a world of vibrant shapes and glitchy sounds, the pain feels incredibly real. It's not just about simple sadness; it's a deep, resonating heartbreak that affects everyone around them. Think of the emotional intensity you get from a difficult 'Nowo' or 'Medusa' level in Project Arrhythmia – that's the kind of emotional journey I'm trying to put my characters through. In this particular installment, the tension between characters like Vee and Sprout is at an all-time high. I've been sketching out scenes where Vee confronts Sprout about something involving Astro, demanding, 'A-Astro you say?...' and Sprout, ever the instigator, replies with a defiant 'Didshestutter?'. You can almost hear the 'glitchy sounds' of their argument escalating, with Vee snapping, 'Seedly ur fvck!ng dead for that.' Sprout's comeback, 'Outdated tech does itlooklikelgiveafv3k?' just shows how far they're willing to push things. It's all leading up to this huge moment, a major turning point in 'dandysworld'. Tisha often finds herself in the middle, quietly observing, her '...' speaking volumes. There are moments where you can almost feel the 'HMPH HMPH' of frustration or deep sadness from them, caught between conflicting loyalties or just overwhelmed by the emotional fallout. Even when depicting intense 'GRRRR RRRRRR' moments of frustration or anger, I try to convey the raw, unfiltered emotions that are bubbling beneath the surface. My goal is to make you feel the heartbreak alongside them. Creating this AU, especially when life throws its own challenges like health issues, family problems, and school stress, has been my outlet. It's a way to process complex emotions and explore themes of loss, resilience, and connection through the eyes of Goob, Dandy, Cosmo, Shelly, Astro, Scraps, and Looey. I pour a lot of myself into these digital art pieces, trying to capture the raw vulnerability of my characters in every line and color. I want this series to be a space where you can connect with their struggles, cheer for their small victories, and understand the deep bonds that tie them together, even amidst the chaos and 'glitchy sounds' of their world.
