it used to belong to my father. he had it in his 1970 Nova. Then his pickup truck. he finally gave it to me 25 years ago. it has a four bolt mains. fast burn 202 Corvette heads. I've been changing out different parts from the engine. Over the years. I have been going through different Carburetors, from Holly, Edelbrock, and the demon. I had a 750 double pumper Edelbrock when I took this picture. then I changed to a Demon carburetor last year. I haven't had any problems. like I did with Holly, and Edelbrock. my father liked "Carter carburetors". It is a daily driver, That gets 10 miles to the gallon. I only drive it on the weekends. or at the track. trailer to the track. I'm thinking about going to a 454 engine or bigger. I drive my truck more often because of my real estate Business.
