Middle photos were from right after I peeled off the gel polish. As you can see it pulled one of the tips of my nails off with it.
Bottom photos are after I cleaned everything up and trimmed my nails so they’re all the same length.
Now, I don’t think the gel polish should’ve been able to be pulled off. However, that was probably an user error when applying it. So that’s on me and not the product.
The damage done to my nails after it was peeled off is definitely on me because I did not remove them properly.
So, on June 14, 2026 I start over on growing my nails out. If you see this posted after this date it was posted from drafts.

If you face similar nail damage, patience is key. Growing nails out can take several weeks, but consistent care greatly improves their condition. Remember, gel polish removal should never be rushed or forceful—it’s best to soak and gently scrape or seek salon help. This journey taught me that user error in application or removal plays a big role in nail health, and proper techniques are vital.
