June Outfit’s Breakdown

Clearly I love SHEIN!!

LOOK ONE: The dress?

I’m honestly not 100% on where I purchased this cute dress but i’m obsessed. I want to say I got it from SHEIN as-well but I can’t find anything on their website, so here are some similar dresses:

Brand: FORTEXO (amazon)

Women's Zebra Striped Self Belted Sleeveless Spaghetti Strap Mini Cami Dress $30

Brand: SHEIN WYWH Floral Print Draped Belted Cami Dress $6

Brand: YOSKOG (amazon) Streetwear Women Spaghetti Strap Dress Printed Sleeveless Bodycon Mini Dress $13

….The Bag?

Hollow Out Vacation Style Patchwork Crochet Tote Bag

LOOK TWO: Again I’m having a hard time finding where I got these shorts, but I’ll keep looking!! I love them, they are THE perfect fit.

….The shirt? I got this red top from amazon, but shein also has these shirts it’s multiple colors and for a cheaper price, it’s just sold by a different brand.

SHEIN: Summer Casual Solid Color Pleated Slit Side Sleeveless Top $6

AMAZON: Trendy Queen Womens Crop Tank Tops Cute Backless Tops Going Out Outfits Y2k Summer Trendy Clothes Basics Clothing $18

….The Bow? The bows I also purchased from amazon as an 8 pack with 4 different colors, red, pink, black and white.

BRAND: EWAGOA 8 PCS Silky Satin Hair Bows with Tassel for Women Grils, Tassel Ribbon Bowknot Hair Clips for Ponytail Holder. Pink, Red Hair Bow and Black, White Barrettes Claw Bow

LOOK THREE: Another SHEIN top!! the fit on this was a little weird but I was able to make it work. Runs a little big so I suggest sizing down, sometimes the top would slip down so wearing a bigger strapless bra is recommended. The bra I used was a sticky bra also from SHEIN.

….Invisible Push-up Breast Lift Silicone Covers, Self Adhesive Strapless Mango-shaped Sticky Bra, Women's Lingerie And Underwear Accessories

….The top? SHEIN MOD Solid Hanky Hem PU Leather Tube Top (don’t dry or you will learn today)

….The Shorts? Target!! obsessed with these, fit perfectly

FINAL LOOK: This entire outfit is from SHEIN, and this has got to be THE best bathing suit coverup I own, the quality is there and I’m in love with the sleeves. The skirt also fits perfectly and the bathing suit is super flattering and gives great coverage.

….Cover up: SHEIN Swim Summer Beach Hollow Out Crochet Cover Up Top

….Bathing Suit: SHEIN Swim Basics Summer Beach Push-Up Padded Non-Wired Halter Top With Side Knot And High Waist Bikini Bottoms Set

….Skirt: SHEIN PETITE Women Solid Color Denim Skirt Shorts With Diagonal Pockets

IF I FIND THE BRANDS OF THE CLOTHING I LEFT OUT I WILL EDIT!! 🫶

... Read morePlanning a trip to Portugal, especially in June, definitely calls for some thoughtful outfit planning! When I was getting ready for my own adventure, I realized it's not just about looking cute, but also about being comfortable for all the exploring you'll be doing under the beautiful Portuguese sun. So, beyond the specific pieces I shared above, I wanted to give you some general tips and insights into curating the perfect women's wardrobe for a Portuguese getaway. First off, let's talk weather. June in Portugal is generally warm to hot, especially inland and in the south. Coastal areas, like Lisbon or Porto, can have lovely breezes, but the sun is strong! This means breathable fabrics are your best friend. Think light cotton, linen, and rayon. I always recommend packing a mix of sleeveless tops and some with short sleeves. Evenings can sometimes get a little cooler, especially by the ocean, so a light cardigan or a chic scarf is a lifesaver for layering – trust me on this! For your daytime adventures, comfort is key. You'll likely be doing a lot of walking, whether it's exploring historic Alfama in Lisbon, wandering through Porto's Ribeira district, or hiking around the Algarve. This makes comfortable footwear non-negotiable. I pretty much lived in stylish but supportive sandals. For outfits, versatile pieces like flowy midi dresses or a cute floral mini dress are perfect. They’re easy to throw on, keep you cool, and look great in photos. Paired with some comfy sneakers or sandals, you’re good to go. I also loved mixing and matching denim shorts with various sleeveless tops – it’s a classic combo that never fails. Don’t forget a practical yet stylish bag, like a crochet tote bag, big enough for water, sunscreen, and your camera. When it's time for the beach or pool, Portugal has some incredible options. A good swimsuit is a must, and for covering up, I found my brown open-knit crochet cover-up indispensable. It's chic enough to wear to a beachfront lunch but also easy to slip on and off. Don't forget a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses for sun protection! For evenings out, whether it’s a Fado show or a delicious dinner, you might want to elevate your look slightly. A chic maxi dress, a stylish jumpsuit, or a smart top paired with a skirt or tailored shorts can work wonders. The key is to still feel comfortable. I personally love adding a touch of flair with accessories like a pretty red hair bow or some statement earrings. It's amazing how a simple accessory can transform an outfit. My biggest tip for packing for Portugal as a woman? Think about a capsule wardrobe. Choose pieces that can be mixed and matched easily. For example, a basic white tee can go with your denim shorts for daytime, or be dressed up with a skirt and accessories for evening. This saves luggage space and makes decision-making so much easier each morning. Remember, Portugal is beautiful but often has cobbled streets and hills, so practicality should definitely be weighed with style. Enjoy your trip – you’ll love it!
