I honestly don’t know who made this quote, but it hit pretty damn hard.
Unfortunately, we will never forget our pasts, even if we really wanted too. There will be times where you are happy and all of a sudden your past comes back to bite you in the bum, but don’t let it. Don’t let it take that happy part of you. You will hurt more hanging on than it is to let go. Keep your head held high.
We Learn from mistakes, we learn from good or bad experiences and situations on what we could do better in a situation and we will grow from them.
