These are so good and taste similar to the elephant ears you find at the fair 😋

2 tbsp butter
Flour tortilla
Cinnamon
Sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Melt butter in a dish
3. Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl
4. Brush butter on one side of the tortilla and sprinkle cinnamon sugar all over tortilla
5. Flip the tortilla and butter that side and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar

Okay, so you've just made these incredible 4-ingredient tortilla elephant ears, right? I can't even tell you how much my family loves these! They truly bring that carnival food feeling right into your kitchen without all the fuss of making traditional dough. When I first tried this recipe, I was skeptical if it could really capture the magic of those fair food treats, but honestly, it’s a game-changer! One thing I've learned is that while the recipe is super simple, a few little tricks can make them even better. For that perfect golden-brown crisp, don't be shy with the butter! I really brush it on both sides to ensure maximum flavor and a beautiful crunch. And when it comes to the cinnamon and sugar mixture, I like to use a fine-grain sugar so it melts beautifully into the warm tortilla, creating that irresistible glazed coating. My secret is sometimes adding a tiny pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar – it gives it an extra layer of warmth, just like the real deal! Beyond the basic recipe, these homemade elephant ears with tortillas are incredibly versatile. While the original recipe mentions powdered sugar, which is fantastic, let me tell you about some other toppings I’ve experimented with. A drizzle of chocolate syrup or warm caramel sauce takes them to another level. Sometimes, I’ll add a dollop of whipped cream and fresh berries for a slightly fancier dessert. They’re also surprisingly good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top – talk about indulgence! If you're wondering about making them for a crowd, these are fantastic for parties or a casual brunch. I often make a big batch and lay them out with various toppings so everyone can customize their own. They're best served warm, straight out of the oven, when they’re still delightfully crispy. If you happen to have any leftovers (which is rare in my house!), you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for a day. A quick reheat in a toaster oven or air fryer can bring back some of that crispiness, though they’re never quite as perfect as fresh. This recipe truly is a lifesaver for those days when you're craving something sweet and nostalgic but don't have hours to spend in the kitchen. It's an amazing shortcut to enjoying the taste of elephant ear pastry without the hassle of yeast and frying. It's quickly become a staple in my home for a quick dessert, a fun snack, or even a treat for breakfast with my morning coffee. Give it a try, and I guarantee you'll be making these tortilla elephant ears again and again!

Will definitely cook this!!!
