I usually start with a light blue base, then dab on a chunky silver glitter toward the tips. Cozy Sweater Nails: This trend is just adorable! Using a matte top coat over a textured design (you can use gel polish to create a raised 'cable knit' effect) gives the illusion of a cozy Christmas sweater on your nails.
