Razzle Dazzle is a sweet easy girl, with a wonderful personality. She is such a good girl that novice volunteers can walk her. She has lots of good qualities: loves to play with toys, enjoys a good tug game, is medium energy, walks well on a leash, loves to get all over pets, seems house-trained, on good health- finishing meds for her canine cold, good shelter dog meets, and is cute as a button.

If a foster app, email foster@acctphillypa.org for an update. If it was to adopt, you must go in person with any resident dogs. You might want to check first to confirm the dog is available for adoption meet and greet. Due to the high volume at the only open intake shelter in Philadelphia, completing the adoption app online helps to speed up the process but adoptions are done in person only.
