I’m learning through all my trauma 🥲

5/4 Edited to

... Read moreGoing through personal trauma can feel isolating and overwhelming, but sharing your story can be a powerful step towards healing. From my own experience, facing multiple challenges — like the loss of a loved one, major weight fluctuations, and complicated relationships — I’ve learned that acknowledging these hardships openly is crucial. It's okay to feel vulnerable and unsure. What matters is how we grow from these trials. For example, losing a boyfriend when our child was just five months old threw my world into chaos, yet it forced me to become stronger and more focused on the future. Similarly, the emotional struggle of thinking I'm a bad mom is a common feeling among parents facing pressure, but it helped me realize that self-compassion is essential. Weight loss and gain also taught me about body acceptance and mental health. Sharing "My top 5 Horror Stories" was a way to confront past pain and share lessons learned. Each challenge revealed the importance of resilience, community, and self-love. It's important to remember that trauma doesn't define us; instead, it offers opportunities for deep personal growth. If you're navigating your own tough experiences, know that healing is a journey and you're not alone. Celebrate even small victories. Stay hopeful, keep learning, and reach out for support when needed.
