is this really a dupe?

I found this the other day at Target! I had to take a double take because these look just like Dior lip oils! the formula is silky smooth which feels practically indistinguishable and is only $8!!! compared to Dior’s $40. they both come in multiple shades and both lip oil formulas share a similar scent with e.l.f.’s smelling more “pepperminty” than Dior’s. This is a steal of a deal and let's those who can't afford $40 for one lip gloss a chance at luxury without breaking the bank.
