Pls 😅
Having experienced several substitute teachers myself during school, I realized how crucial it is to treat them with kindness and respect. Substitute teachers often face challenges like managing unfamiliar students and following strict lesson plans, which can be stressful. From my experience, a simple gesture like greeting your substitute teacher warmly or helping out quietly during class can significantly improve their day. When students show appreciation, substitutes feel more encouraged and motivated to engage the class effectively. Moreover, being nice to substitute teachers sets a positive example for your classmates and helps maintain a cooperative atmosphere. It encourages patience and understanding, especially when regular teachers are absent. In addition, some substitutes might be covering subjects or grades outside their specialty. Showing patience when lessons seem different helps them perform better. I’ve found that when students actively participate and show respect, the overall classroom experience improves significantly. Remember, a substitute teacher is there to support your education just like your regular teacher. A little kindness can brighten their day and enhance the learning environment for everyone involved.
