Refusing to invite stepsis 😬

Every year, me and my two sisters do a “sisters’ trip.” Last year, my mom begged us to include our stepsister (who we don’t know that well), and we gave in.

It was a disaster. She got super drunk the first night, picked a fight with a random guy at a bar, cried half the weekend, and made the rest of us uncomfortable. The trip ended early because no one wanted to deal with her drama anymore.

This year, we decided to keep it just us three again like it’s always been and now my mom’s mad, saying I’m being “mean” and “divisive.” But honestly, we just want a peaceful trip this time.

Am I really the jerk for not wanting to go through that chaos again?
