At Least I’m Consistent

So apparently I’m not “randomly emotional.” I’m cyclically emotional. 💀

I started tracking my period and realized my mental breakdowns literally happen on the SAME days every month 😭

Like clockwork Day 24? I cry. Day 25? Rage. Day 26? Apologize to everyone I yelled at. Day 1? Pain. Day 3? I’m suddenly okay again 💀

Kinda comforting tho?? At least now I know it’s not me being dramatic it’s just science 😭
