Ingredients:
16 oz. penne pasta or pasta of your choice
1 small onion, diced
1 16 oz. container Trader Joe's lobster bisque
1 16 oz. package of uncooked Shrimp or 12 oz. Trader Joe's frozen langostino tails, thawed cut into small pieces
1 pint cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Basil or parsley for garnish (I actually liked the parsley here, it freshened it up)
olive oil
Detailed Steps:
In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta.
Drain, and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat an olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes until golden. T
Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are cooked through — about 2-3 mins.
Add tomatoes and then add bisque to the onions and shrimp
Stir, and cook until heated through.
Then add your pasta. Toss and add in Parmesan cheese and stir. Serve and garnish with more parmesan, if desired!
