Salmon and pasta are my favorite foods and this recipe is so easy to make for a yummy quick dinner😍
Salmon:
Garlic Powder
Cajun Powder
Black Pepper
Cumin
Salt
Drizzle of honey
Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Once preheated, put Salmon in air fryer for 11 minutes at 375 degrees. It’s THAT simple 😆
Sauce:
Minced garlic
Olive oil
Tomato paste
1 green bell pepper
Pigeon peas
Flour
Half & Half
Black Pepper
Pepper Flakes
Garlic Powder
Shredded Cheese
Spinach
Instructions:
1) Boil water and add pasta. Cook pasta to taste. 😌
2) In a medium saucepan, add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute then add tomato paste. Mix together garlic and tomato paste for about 2 minutes then add green bell pepper. 🫑
3) Once the bell pepper is tender, add flour and half and half to the saucepan. Whisk together and add seasonings to taste. Once the sauce thickens, add shredded cheese, peas, and spinach. Cook on low for 5 minutes. 🥣
4) Drain pasta and add the sauce. Mix everything together. Add the blackened Salmon on top. 🍽️
