He is a SENIOR!!! 12th grade
How did you get to this age already 17!!!! No one told you to grow lol, its too fast im not ready son your almost 18! ☹️ in January you start 12th grade tomorrow. My youngest is ready ( i think) 😋🤫😉
Watching my child grow up and reach these important milestones is truly a mix of pride and nostalgia. When my son turned 17 and looked ahead to his senior year, it struck me just how quickly time has passed. From the early years of learning to walk and talk, to now preparing to graduate high school, each step feels so significant. As he approaches 18, I recall the excitement and worries many parents feel—wondering if their child is truly ready for the challenges ahead. Senior year is not just about academics; it’s about preparing for adulthood, making decisions about college or careers, and learning to navigate new responsibilities. It’s also a moment to appreciate the little things—the inside jokes, the shared moments, and even the playful reminders that time waits for no one. Honestly, it can be overwhelming, feeling unprepared for how fast children grow, but it also teaches us to cherish every stage. For those with children entering 12th grade, I'd say embrace the mix of emotions. Celebrate their accomplishments, support their dreams, and remember to take moments to pause and enjoy the journey before they truly step into the world as young adults. It’s okay to feel a little unready; growth often happens faster than we expect.
