Healthy-ish late night snack
I was craving something sweet and threw this together. I mashed 2 bananas and added about 2-3 T of cheesecake pudding mix (sugar free), then added about 1 T peanut butter. I like the natural kind but you can use whatever you like. Then I added about 1/4 c yogurt. (I used Fage 0% milk fat). Then I topped it off with some granola and chocolate syrup. I wanted to add honey but I couldn’t find it.
What’s your late night snack ideas?
I have to watch what I eat now. I can’t have folic acid, soy, and I’m sure there’s some more. So if anyone has ideas I’d love to know about them.
