Soft Sunday Reset ✨
POV: you finally took a minute for yourself 🤍
Between working, being a mom, running a boutique, and trying to keep life together… it’s easy to forget to slow down.
So today I did something simple:
got my nails and toes done, grabbed a pani & drink from starbies, sat down, talked to god, and just existed for a minute.
🎱No rushing.
🎱No multitasking.
🎱No pressure.
Just a reminder that self-care doesn’t have to be huge or expensive — sometimes it’s just taking an hour to breathe and feel like yourself again ✨
If you’re always taking care of everyone else, this is your sign to take a little time for you too 🤍
My favorite refresher from Starbucks is the Mango Dragon Fruit w/ lemonade! What is yours!🍵
When was the last time you had a true self-care day?
Check out the link in my bio - I may have something you like!🤭

Taking time for a self-care day, especially on a Sunday, can truly reset your week and bring much-needed balance to a busy life. As someone juggling multiple roles like motherhood, running a a boutique, and working, I’ve learned the importance of intentionally carving out moments just for myself. My recent experience included getting my nails and toes done—a simple treat that uplifts and reminds me to appreciate small joys. Pairing this with a favorite Starbucks Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher with lemonade helped me indulge without breaking the bank or spending hours. What really made the difference was sitting down without any rush or multitasking, allowing myself to connect with my thoughts and have a quiet moment of gratitude by talking to God. This practice of uninterrupted stillness can seem rare but offers profound mental clarity. For those who feel guilty about taking time for self-care, remember it’s not selfish—it's essential. Even a single hour dedicated to yourself can reduce stress, boost creativity, and improve your mood. Simple activities such as enjoying a refreshing drink, pampering your body, or meditating can be wonderful ways to unwind. If you’re always on the go, try setting aside one Sunday a month as a "Soft Sunday Reset". You might find that these small changes make a big impact on your wellbeing. What’s your favorite way to reset and relax? Sharing these experiences builds community and encourages more people to embrace the power of self-care.
